Life is changing minute by minute - Are we keeping up?
Our medical health information is so very important. My suggestion is to keep the most important information available in a notebook for yourself as well as your family or caretaker.
Recently computers have been hacked in hospitals, medical facilities, pharmacies and sometimes it has taken a bit of time to get back to normal, or a new normal.
Can you find the information you need if the power or internet goes out? We never know when our medical information will be needed for treatment. I recommend everyone to have a physical copy of your most important medical notes, diagnoses, medications, most recent lab results and any history of conditions/surgeries for emergencies.
